The legislation of Ukraine prescribes an exact list of people who are entitled to a pension for years of service. This point is detailed in the Law of Ukraine on pension provision for persons discharged from military service, Article 12. It should be noted that all categories of citizens listed in this law have the right to receive a pension regardless of age and length of service.
