23.04.2022 20:22:01 Постановою від 12.03.2022 р. № 264 зазначено: разом із кожною людиною з інвалідністю І та ІІ групи, котра потребує постійного догляду, дозволено перетинати кордон одному із членів сім’ї першого ступеня споріднення, який досяг 18-річного віку, або іншій особі, яка досягла 18-річного віку та здійснює догляд відповідно до законодавства. ▪️Документом, який підтверджує здійснення догляду в цьому випадку може бути посвідчення, довідка про отримання компенсації (допомоги, надбавки) на догляд. ▪️Також людину з інвалідністю, яка визнана недієздатною або обмежена у дієздатності, може супроводжувати один опікун, піклувальник чи член сім’ї першого ступеня споріднення, який досяг 18-річного віку. Особи з інвалідністю І та ІІ груп, незалежно від віку, можуть перетинати державний кордон України за наявності одного з таких документів: - довідки до акту огляду медико-соціальною експертною комісією, - або посвідчення, яке підтверджує відповідний статус, пенсійного посвідчення чи посвідчення, що підтв

23.04.2022 20:51:10 Доброго вечора. Ви маєте право перетнути кордон, за умови, що ви зайняті постійним доглядом за матірью, у разі відсутності інших осіб, які можуть здійснювати такий догляд. Підтверджуючий документ: довідка про отримання компенсації особі, зайнятій постійним доглядом за особами, що його потребують (може бути видана лише за зареєстрованим місцем проживання), рішення суду, довідка МСЕК.

Так, можете перетнути кордон, відповідно до абз.2,3 п.2-1 Правил перетинання державного кордону громадянами України перетин державного кордону може здійснюватися особою з інвалідністю I чи II групи - у супроводі одного або обох батьків, на утриманні яких перебуває така особа з інвалідністю, дружини /чоловіка, повнолітніх сина/ доньки, їх дружини/ чоловіка (за наявності документів, що підтверджують родинні зв’язки та інвалідність.

25.04.2022 12:47:18 Ви зможете виїхати разом з матір’ю за кордон, надавши наступні документи: внутрішні паспорти громадян України на себе та матір; посвідчення інваліда або довідку про призначення інвалідності; ваше свідоцтво про народження.
