А отже, батькам варто знати норми права, які треба буде вказати як підставу подання заяви на отримання PESEL’а. Найпоширенішими “дитячими” правовими актами є наступні: Коли PESEL потрібний у випадках, пов’язаних з навчанням (школа, дитячий садок, позашкільні шуртки та табори) – USTAWA O SYSTEMIE OŚWIATY Z DNIA 7 WRZEŚNIA 1991 R. Якщо дитині ще не виповнилося 3 роки – USTAWA Z DNIA 4 LUTEGO 2011 R. O OPIECE NAD DZIEĆMI W WIEKU DO LAT 3, Коли PESEL потрібний для медичних та страхових питань – USTAWA Z DNIA 13 PAŹDZIERNIKA 1998 R. O SYSTEMIE UBEZPIECZEŃ SPOŁECZNYZCH (DZ.U.Z 2015 R. POZ. 121 ZE ZM.)У інших випадках, які не вкладаються у наведений вище перелік, рекомендується питати назву нормативного акту (устави) та номер конкретної статті (артикул) у тієї посадової особи, яка вимагає PESEL дитини. 06.04.2022 17:21:17 Отримання реєстраційного номеру Pesel є вашим правом, а не обов’язком. Тому вас не примушуватимуть його оформляти. Але оформлення Pesel є бажаним (особливо для дорослого), оскільки спростить вам доступ до отримання у Польщі різноманітних послуг: до оформлення тимчасового захисту; отримання грошової допомоги як біженцям; легальної праці; лікування у медичних закладах. Що стосується неповнолітніх дітей, то їм наявність Pesel надасть можливість отримати у Польщі середню та вищу освіту. Якщо ви плануєте затриматись у Польщі на тривалий час, влаштувати дитину до польської школи, - оформлення Pesel є необхідним. Якщо ви не плануєте затримуватись у Польщі надовго - оформлювати Pesel дитині не є обов’язковим, та може бути здійснено виключно за вашим бажанням.
