Повістка, яка вручається з метою уточнення облікових даних Даний вид повістки вручається призовнику для внесення відомостей до бази щодо особи призовника, його сімейного стану. Повістка на проходження військово-лікарської комісії (ВЛК) Повістка, яка зобов’язує призовника пройти медичне обстеження. Повістка-призов на строкову військову службу У такій повістці вказано термін, у який потрібно з’явитися до призовної дільниці. Мобілізаційне розпорядження Такий вид повістки вручається військовозобов'язаним особам, котрі пройшли медичну комісію та визнані придатними до несення військової служби. Повістка має бути вручена особисто або уповноваженими особами повинен бути складений акт про відмову від отримання повістки із підписами уповноважених осіб та свідків.

05.05.2022 19:52:56 Законодавством не встановлено місце, де громадянину можуть вручити повістку. Встановлення особи військовозобов’язаного відбувається на підставі документів, що засвідчують особу. А в період воєнного стану краще на вимогу надавати документи для перевірки уповноваженим особам. Відповідно до ЗУ «Про мобілізаційну підготовку і мобілізацію» уповноваженими для вручення повісток є співробітники військ комісаріатів, місцевих органів виконавчої влади, органів місц самов. Повістки громадянам можуть також вручатися безпосередньо посадовими особами районного (міського) територіального центру комплектування та соціальної підтримки. Підтвердженням отримання повістки є підпис.У повістці зазначаються: — прізвище, ім’я, по батькові, рік народження призовника та його адреса; — місце роботи особи; — вид повістки; — дата, час та адреса, за якою необхідно з’явитися; застереження щодо необхідних документів; — назва органу, печатка, підпис, прізвище, ім’я та по батькові керівника ТЦКСП.
