How can a student apply for a deferment in connection with studies?
To receive a deferment from mobilization, a student must contact his educational institution to obtain a study certificate, which must have a seal and be issued for a specific TCC and JV. This document must confirm the fact of full-time training and indicate the estimated date of completion of training. This certificate, as Appendix No. 9 to Resolution No. 560, confirms the sequence of education.
When the student receives the certificate, he must contact the relevant TCC to register the deferment. It may also be necessary to present additional documents, for example, a passport and an identification code.
After submitting all the necessary documents, the student receives a decision to defer mobilization. It is important to keep this decision, as it may be needed during further inspections or appeals to the TCC.
What is considered a sequence violation
