Enterprises of the defense-industrial complex and energy industry will be able to book up to 100% of employees
The Cabinet of Ministers made changes to Resolution No. 76, allowing enterprises of the defense-industrial complex (OPK) and energy industry to reserve up to 100% of their employees. Reservations can now be made through the Diya portal. We will look at the booking procedure and legal aspects that allow you to book 100% of employees.
General changes in the regulation: overview of innovations
The government has improved the conditions for booking employees of enterprises that operate in the field of defense needs and energy. Weapons manufacturers, drone manufacturers, and energy companies providing grid restoration can now book up to 100% of their workers.
This will contribute to better planning of the activities of enterprises that produce weapons for the Armed Forces, and the ability of energy companies to provide heat and electricity to the population.
The government also extended the terms of reservation of employees of critical enterprises up to a year and allowed the reservation of conscripts regardless of their age, rank or VOS. An electronic reservation system has been introduced through the Diya portal.
Changes to Resolution No. 76 of January 27, 2023 include:
Ensuring full booking of employees of enterprises of the defense-industrial complex that have contracts with the Armed Forces and other military formations for the period of execution of the contracts;
Guaranteed booking of 100% of employees of electric power, nuclear-industrial, coal-industrial and oil-gas complexes, as well as those engaged in restoration or repair of destroyed objects of the energy sector;
Full reservation of 100% of employees of enterprises building fortifications for the period of execution of the construction contract;
In case of necessity justified by the Minister of Internal Affairs, the number of reserved police officers and employees of the State Emergency Service may exceed 50%, subject to the separate approval of the Minister of Defense;
The government has approved an electronic booking mechanism through the Diya portal, which is currently being actively implemented under the leadership of the relevant ministry.
