In the Centers for the provision of administrative services, it will now be possible to:

It will also be possible to pass a theory test for obtaining a driver's license at the TsNAPs equipped with the necessary equipment, which was previously possible only at service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

- Persons who were held captive during the armed aggression against Ukraine will be able to register to receive sanatorium-resort treatment or compensation for its cost, if they paid for the treatment themselves.
- Parents or legal representatives of children studying in educational institutions in the territories of radioactive contamination and children with disabilities related to the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster and who do not receive meals in these institutions can issue monthly monetary compensation.
