Financial support is not paid during vacations, and wages are not retained during vacations. Military personnel who receive academic scholarships do not receive financial support during this period. It is not paid for the time of absence from the service without valid reasons, if the absence lasts one day or more. If a military serviceman is being treated in hospital facilities beyond the time limit established by law. It is not paid for the time of temporary performance of duties for more than two months in new positions in connection with the transfer of a military unit to another state or changes to the state. It is not paid for the time that servicemen are kept in custody or under 24-hour house arrest.
