Impossibility of transfer or alienation of family rights and obligations. According to family law, the rights and obligations arising from family relations cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to other persons.
Regulation by moral norms. Moral norms are often used in family law, which complement legal norms. This is especially characteristic of the sphere of family relations in Ukraine, where moral principles can influence the resolution of issues related to the family.
