Studentship is a time of active self-realization, learning and social adaptation. In Ukraine, the rights of students are enshrined in constitutional norms, international documents and legislation, which ensure their freedom, safety and equality in the educational environment. Let's take a closer look at the main aspects of the rights of students of Ukrainian higher education institutions.
Right to Education and Levels of Access Conditions
Students have the right to receive quality education without any discrimination. This means that everyone has equal conditions for admission to an educational institution, regardless of social status, gender, race, nationality, religion or disability. In addition, students have the right to access all necessary educational materials and infrastructure.
