I constantly strive to develop and acquire new knowledge, my experience and additional education confirm this.
The Law of Ukraine "On pension provision for persons discharged from military service and certain other persons" dated 09.04.1992 (No. 2262-ХІ) determines the conditions, amounts and procedure of pension provision for the relevant categories of persons in Ukraine.
This law establishes various types of pensions and defines the rights and obligations of persons entitled to pension in accordance with its provisions. It also determines the conditions under which pensions are granted, establishes the procedures for receiving pensions, the order and conditions of their indexation, and other important aspects of pension provision.
Thus, in accordance with the above conditions, persons who have been dismissed from service in the military or other power structures may be entitled to a pension for years of service in the following cases:
After leaving service with calendar service of 25 years or more: This means that regardless of a person's age, if they have served at least 25 years, they can receive a seniority pension.
Upon reaching the age of 45 and having 25 years or more of insurance experience, of which at least 12 years and 6 months are service in the armed forces: In this case, in order to receive a pension for years of service, a person must reach a certain age (45 years ) and have at least 25 years of total insurance experience, of which at least 12 years and 6 months worked in law enforcement agencies.
According to the above conditions, persons who have been discharged from service in the military or other power structures may be entitled to a disability pension in the following cases:
If the disability occurred during the period of service or no later than three months after leaving the service. If the disability occurred later than the three-month period after discharge from the service, but as a result of an illness, injury, wound, contusion, mutilation, etc., which occurred during the period of military service.
In such cases, a person may be entitled to a disability pension regardless of age and length of service.
An important condition is the presence of medical documents confirming the disability and its connection with the period of service or subsequent consequences of military activity. These documents may be requirements for receiving a disability pension.
If you need more detailed information about receiving a disability pension in the context of the legislation of Ukraine, I recommend contacting the relevant pension or social security authorities for advice and assistance in processing pension issues.
According to the above conditions, pensions in case of loss of a breadwinner are assigned to certain categories of persons in the following cases:
To disabled family members of dead, deceased or missing servicemen, if the breadwinner died during the period of service or no later than 3 months after discharge from service, or later than this period, but as a result of an injury, contusion, mutilation or disease received during the period of service.
To the families of pensioners, if the breadwinner died during the period of receiving the pension or no later than 5 years after the termination of its payment. In the event of death or death of a serviceman's breadwinner during his service or as a result of injuries or illnesses received during service, a pension may be awarded to his family members who are unable to work and who are dependent on him.
In order to receive a pension in the event of the loss of a breadwinner, it is usually necessary to apply to the relevant pension authorities with the appropriate application and documents confirming the fact of the breadwinner's death and the relationship with the persons claiming pension payments.

The maximum amount of the pension for years of service will be 70% of the monetary support.
Persons who participated in liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chornobyl NPP and are assigned to category 1 will receive a 100% pension, and category 2 - 95%.

Pensions of the family of the deceased often paid in the event of the death of the family's main source of income. Typically, such pensions may include:
Survivor's Pension: This pension is awarded to family members of the deceased who were financially dependent on him.
Disability Pension: If death is the result of an accident or occupational disease, some programs may provide a pension to family members who become disabled as a result.
Family pension: This is a form of assistance provided to the family members of the deceased. The size of this pension may depend on various factors such as age, status and other circumstances.
