Entry rules for other countries: Each country has its own entry rules, which may include visa requirements, periods of stay and other conditions. Before leaving, you should familiarize yourself with these rules.
Declaring money: When crossing the border, Ukrainians may be required to declare money or valuables if their amount exceeds a certain threshold established by law.
During war or martial law, special restrictions may be imposed on traveling abroad, crossing the Ukrainian border, which may apply to both men and women. These restrictions may be imposed to ensure national security, resource mobilization, or other military objectives.

Ban on travel abroad without special permits: The government can impose a ban on travel abroad for certain categories of citizens, including men, in particular those of military age. Mobilization and conscription: In wartime, mobilization or conscription may be introduced. This may be a reason for restricting travel abroad.
Travel controls: The government can impose stricter restrictions on travel abroad, including changing the procedures for issuing passports or visas.
Restrictions on movement: Restricted or prohibited access zones may be imposed in the conflict zone, which may make it difficult or impossible to move abroad.
Military Zones and Facilities: The government may establish restricted access zones around military facilities or war zones, which may restrict travel abroad.
The list of categories of men who may have the right to go abroad in certain circumstances includes the conditions for crossing the border:
Young men under the age of 18 and men over the age of 60: Generally, these categories may be eligible to travel abroad without special permits or restrictions.
Men who, due to their health, are not on the military register: These may be persons who are not suitable for military service due to their health.
Men who have the appropriate mark in their passports that they permanently live abroad: These persons may have special permits or status that allows them to live abroad.
Men who have a deferment from military service for a period of up to 6 months: These can be persons who received a temporary deferment from conscription for military service.
Men with disabilities of groups 1-3 (in the presence of relevant documents confirming the disability group): Persons with disabilities may be entitled to special conditions for traveling abroad.
Men who are allowed to go abroad for family reasons: These can be people who are allowed to go abroad due to family reasons, such as the death or illness of a family member.
Men medically cleared for overseas treatment or rehabilitation: Persons recommended for overseas treatment or rehabilitation may be eligible for special medical leave.
Men with work-related travel abroad: People who have received work visas or work permits in other countries may be eligible to travel abroad for work.
