By providing funds to the current account of the recipient of compensation with a special mode of use. These funds are intended to finance the construction of a manor house, garden house or country house. The recipient opens a special account in his name, for which he receives monetary compensation. This money is subject to a special regime of use and cannot be levied or seized.
Financing the purchase of an apartment, other residential premises, a manor-type house, a garden house or a country house with the use of a housing certificate. This means that the recipient of the compensation can use these funds to purchase a new home in accordance with the terms of the housing certificate.
The amount of compensation for the destroyed object of immovable property is determined separately for each recipient and each destroyed object of immovable property. This is done on the basis of the total area of the destroyed object and the cost of one square meter of this area, which is determined in accordance with the procedure established by the government.
