Ukrainian citizens have the right to obtain a foreign passport as they wish. A foreign passport is an important document for traveling abroad and allows a person to cross the border and stay abroad. The list of documents and information that may be needed to issue a foreign passport for citizens of Ukraine, to obtain a passport:
Passport of a citizen of Ukraine: For persons older than 14 years, a passport of a citizen of Ukraine is usually required, and for children younger than 14 years - a birth certificate.
Registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (RNOKPP): This number is required to identify a person in the taxation system.

All citizens of Ukraine have the right to obtain an international passport at their own request. The validity period of the passport may vary depending on the age of the person:
Children from birth: Foreign passports are issued to children from birth and are usually valid for 4 years.
Citizens 16 years of age and older: Passports for individuals 16 years of age and older are usually valid for 10 years.
