Employee reservations is governed by the Procedure for reservation of conscripts according to the list of conscripts during martial law approved by the Resolution of the CMU of January 27, 2023 No. 76.
The main steps of such a process may include the following:

Analysis of needs: An analysis of the needs for reservation of conscripts is carried out, taking into account strategic and tactical tasks, as well as possible threats.
Compilation of lists: On the basis of the collected information, lists of conscripts are compiled, which are offered for reservation. These lists can be reviewed and approved by the relevant authorities.
Communication and coordination: The reservation authorities communicate with the relevant government authorities to clarify the details and coordinate the process.
Reservation execution: After the approval of the lists of conscripts, the respective services carry out the process of reservation of conscripts for a certain period.
Monitoring and reporting: The booking authorities monitor the performance of this task and prepare appropriate reports for further reporting and control.
Approval of lists of conscripts and their submission to the General Staff of the Armed Forces is an important stage in the reservation process during martial law. Here is a general description of the process:
Approval and internal verification: Compiled lists are approved according to the hierarchical structure of military or government agencies. They may be checked for possible errors or duplicate information.
Submission to the General Staff: Approved and agreed lists of conscripts are submitted to the General Staff of the Armed Forces or the relevant military structure. This may require a formal submission with relevant documentation and reports.
Analysis and approval: The General Staff or military commands analyze the submitted lists and decide on their approval. This may include an assessment of strategic needs, availability of resources and other factors.
Communication of the results: The results of approval and approval of the lists are communicated to the relevant bodies that prepared them. This may include notices of acceptance of listings or requests for amendments.
Reservation execution: After approval of the lists, conscripts are subject to reservation in accordance with the established procedures and the parameters specified in the list.
A number of categories of employees are subject to this Reservation Procedure, namely:
Managers and deputies: This includes managers and their deputies at various levels of management of enterprises, institutions or organizations.
50% of the number of conscripted workers: This category includes half of the total number of conscripted workers on the date of submission of the list.
Workers at enterprises, institutions and organizations assigned mobilization tasks: These can be organizations that are able to perform special tasks in the event of mobilization.
