2. Vehicle registration certificate: this is a document that confirms ownership or the right to use a specific vehicle.You must have access to this certificate in electronic format in the Driver's Electronic Cabinet.
Once you have these documents in electronic form, you can carry out the procedure for assigning the right user through the Driver's Electronic Cabinet. In the process, you may be asked to provide other additional information, such as personal data and user contact information, to complete the process.
In order to designate a proper user through the "Action" application, it is necessary to have access to electronic versions of certain documents. Here are the documents you need to have:
- Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (in the form of an ID card) or foreign passport: this is a document that confirms your identity. In the Action application, you can use this document to identify yourself.
- Driver's license of the appropriate category: this document confirms your eligibility to drive a vehicle of a certain category. You need to have this document in electronic format.
Once you have these electronic documents, you can complete the process of assigning the right user through the Action application. You will need access to two smartphones to scan the QR code and complete the necessary steps in the app.
