In Ukraine, reservation of conscripts may refer to certain aspects of military service and mobilization. However, the term "reservation" in the context of military service can have different meanings:
Mobilization: Conscripts may be "booked" for mobilization in the event of an escalation of the military situation or the introduction of martial law. This means that they may be sent a special notice of recruitment to a military unit or military training.
Reserve composition: Conscripts can also be included in the reserve composition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This means that they can be booked to be called up for military service in case of emergencies or the need to replenish the military.
Re-calls: If a conscript has already had experience of military service and has been discharged, he can also be "reserved" for re-call in the event of a need to supplement or renew military service.
The general procedure for booking conscripts may be determined by military legislation and military requirements of the country. This may include registration of a person according to his military status, preliminary training and special information work.
Mobilization of the armored personnel carriers in Ukraine is possible in the event of an aggravation of the military situation, a threat to the country's territorial integrity or national security. Officially, mobilization can be announced in the event of the introduction of martial law or in accordance with the Law "On Compulsory Military Service and Military Duty" of Ukraine.Circumstances under which mobilization may be declared include, but are not limited to:
Exacerbation of conflict or threat of aggression: In the event of an increase in the threat from an external aggressor or internal conflict, the authorities may introduce mobilization to mobilize additional military resources.
Terrorist threat or internal conflicts: In case of terrorist acts, internal conflicts or threats to national security, mobilization may be introduced to strengthen the defense of the state.
Crisis situations or emergency events: During natural disasters, mass demonstrations, as well as other crisis situations, mobilization may be called to ensure security and order.
In case of declaration of mobilization, persons who are subject to military duty may be booked and sent to military units to perform official duties in accordance with the legislation and orders of the military leadership.
In Ukraine, reservation at an enterprise or place of work is not a guarantee against mobilization in the event of an aggravation of the military situation or the introduction of martial law. In the case of mobilization, the government can take control of various resources, including manpower, to ensure the country's defense capability.
The legislation of Ukraine provides for the introduction of mandatory military service and military duty. This means that citizens can be called up for military service in case of need for the defense of the country, regardless of their position in the labor market or place of work.
Thus, even if you have armor in the enterprise, you can be mobilized in case of need for the defense of the country. In the event of mobilization, the government may issue special orders or orders to enforce these duties.
