It is possible to get a passport quickly depending on your needs:
1. Not urgent (20 working days): this option is usually used when you do not have an urgent need for a foreign passport and can wait for its production.
2. Urgent (7 working days): if you have an urgent need for a foreign passport, you can use this option. An urgent foreign passport is issued faster, but its cost may be higher.
3. Very urgent (3 working days): this option is suitable if you have an urgent need for a foreign passport due to an immediate trip abroad. In this case, the passport is issued very quickly, but it may be available only in a limited number of cases.
In order to obtain a foreign passport in Ukraine, including at the territorial body of the State Department of Internal Affairs, the Central National Police Agency or the "Passport Service" service center of the State Enterprise "Dokument", it is usually necessary to undergo the procedure of scanning the fingerprints of the index fingers. Fingerprint scanning is one of the biometric procedures that help to verify identity and prevent fraud. Usually, this procedure is part of the production of a biometric foreign passport.
To check the correctness of entering personal data in the application form, in particular the transliteration of the surname and first name, you should perform the following steps:
1. Data check: carefully check all the personal data you entered in the application form, paying special attention to the correct transliteration of your surname and first name.
2. Compare with supporting documents: сheck that the information on the application form matches the information on your supporting documents, such as a passport or other identification document.
3. Confirm the correctness with your signature: if you are sure that the entered data is correct, confirm it with your signature in the appropriate section of the application form. Remember that the signature in the application-questionnaire indicates that you confirm the correctness of the provided data.
4. Keeping a copy: It is recommended that you keep a copy of the application form for your own convenience and as proof of the correctness of the data provided in case of any disputed situations in the future.
If you have the opportunity, you can also contact the staff of the passport center or the relevant government authority to check the correctness of the data entered and get advice.
