From May 18, absolutely all men between the ages of 18 and 60 have to update their data in the TCC, in particular those whose VLK conclusion from the previous year has expired. This was reported by the representative of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Yurii Hlushchenkov. "From May 18, the electronic office of conscripts, conscripts and reservists will be operational. Citizens will have the opportunity to authorize their data through an electronic cabinet, through a visit to the Central Administrative Office, and also directly to the TCC. This will be done in order to relieve the burden on the TCC and to make it more convenient for citizens to update data," he said and explained that this applies to absolutely all men between the ages of 18 and 60.
"The state must know the number of people who are on its military registration. Regardless of whether he is fit or only partially fit, he is unfit for military service," the official said. According to him, those who were previously registered, but have an overdue VLK conclusion, will also have to update their data. He reminded that the conclusion of the VLK is valid for only one year. Therefore, men who have a VLK certificate from 2023, but as of May 18, it is already more than a year old, must also update their data in the TCC.

If the conscript updates his data through the electronic cabinet, he will pass the military medical board only after being invited by the corresponding summons. Do all those who update their data automatically receive a referral to the VLC? The official explained: "Such a task is not worth it.Such a decision is made by the TCC, based on updated information, the availability of the tasks that stand before it."
The spouse's residence outside the place of residence will not prevent the updating of data in the TCC. After entering the data into the single register at the old place of registration, the man will be automatically removed from the register. "A person writes a statement, registers for military service in a new place. Information on military registration is taken into account. A person is entered in the unified state register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, that he is registered at a new place. At the old place, it will be automatically removed from the register," Hlushchenkov explained.
At the same time, according to him, if a man is excluded from the military registration, it is indicated in the registers and he has a mark about it in his military ticket, then there is no need to come to the TCC and SP to update the data.

Earlier, a number of mass media spread the words of Roman Istomin, head of the public relations service of the Poltava Regional TCC and SP, who stated on the air of the telethon: If a citizen has updated all the data that is there, and nothing has changed, it can be data for at least 2022, but they are relevant, so they do not need to be updated," said Roman Istomin.
In turn, lawyer Anton Marynych noted that the obligation to update their data in the TCC also applies to women who are on military registration. "Currently, women who have or are getting a medical/pharmaceutical education are required to register for military service at the TCC and SP," he says. The legislator established the obligation to update their data within 60 days starting from May 18 for the following categories:
- conscripts - 17-25 years old, who have a registration certificate;
- conscripts - 25-60 years old, who have a temporary ID or a military card;
- female doctors and pharmacists who are on military registration.
At the same time, the question arises: "How to register the absence of an employee who goes to the TCC?".
It should be noted that the legislation directly provides that employees are dismissed from work while retaining their place of work, position held and average salary, if it concerns:
- citizens of Ukraine who perform duties related to military registration, conscription or acceptance into military service;
- persons referred for medical examination (medical examination in outpatient or inpatient conditions), treatment.
Therefore, we believe that an employer whose employee is absent from work in connection with a visit to the TCC to update data is obliged to:
- release the employee from the performance of duties for the time necessary for this;
- to keep the employee's place of work, position, as well as pay the average salary in accordance with the provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 100 dated February 8, 1995 "On approval of the Procedure for calculating the average salary".
