How to check the status of e-hospital formation
You can check the status of e-hospital formation in the electronic register of sick leaves of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
For this you need:
1. Go to the portal page of the Pension Fund of Ukraine — portal.pfu.gov.ua.
2. Enter the personal account of the policyholder or the insured person.
3. Go to the "My sick leaves" section.
4. Check whether information about the current sick leave is displayed.
5.If the information is displayed, the e-hospital has been created successfully and will be available to your employer.
If the certificate of incapacity for work is not available, it is necessary to check the correctness of the information provided by the employer about you in the register of insured persons, and after correcting the inaccuracies, contact the doctor about re-sending the medical report on temporary incapacity to the electronic registry of certificates of incapacity for work.
