Now it is possible to change the insured person in the formed disability certificate.
The relevant software was developed by the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
The formed disability sheet is sent to policyholders through the policyholder's office on the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Information about the employee's employment relationship with this or that policyholder is based on the data of the Register of Insured Persons, which are received there from the sources provided for in Art. 18 of the Law of Ukraine dated July 8, 2010 No. 2464-VI "On the collection and accounting of a single contribution to mandatory state social insurance", in particular from the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
About the request to change the insured person in the already formed disability certificates
If, on the date of formation of the disability certificate, the employer did not submit a notice of employment of the employee, a report from the EHS, or errors were made in the reporting, as a result of which the disability certificate did not enter the electronic account of the insured, after submitting the relevant reports or notice of employment , you can send a request to the Pension Fund regarding the change of the insured person in the already formed disability certificates.In order to create a request, the button "Request to change the insured person in the LN after submitting the PPPR/report" has been added to the menu item "Inability to work" in the policyholder's office, when the cursor is placed on it, the user is provided with the following information message: "The request is submitted by the policyholder for newly hired employees who ELN was created for the previous place of work, due to the lack of information about new labor relations. The request is sent after the submission of the Notice of employment of the employee (conclusion of a gig contract)/Report on the EES, which confirms the existence of new employment relations at the time of the occurrence of the insured event."

What should be specified in the system, and what is pulled automatically
The following data should be entered in the on-screen request form:
· region (select from the drop-down list);
· phone number of the insured;
· the EDRPOU code of the insured person for whom the disability certificate was created and which needs to be changed;
· ELN number, by which the policyholder must be changed;
· RNOKPP (optional).
Automatically filled in by the system: request number; date of formation of the request; EDRPOU code (RNOKPP) of the insured; name of the policyholder/surname.
When creating a request, you can also add scanned copies of documents.
After entering all the necessary data and sending the request, it changes its status to "Sent" and goes to the Pension Fund for processing.If, in the process of processing the request, the system will have sick leaves that meet the conditions for such a replacement, a decision will be made to replace the insured. After that, the employer will be able to view these ELNs in the electronic cabinet in the "Sickness Certificates" menu item under the search option "Changed insured in ELNs upon request".
