Registration of rights to a land plot in Ukraine involves several stages.

1. Preparation of documents: first you need to collect documents for the land plot. This may include the state title deed to the land (if any), land title certificate, sales contract, inheritance certificate, court decision (if any) and other documents confirming your rights to a plot of land
2. Submitting an application: after preparing the documents, you need to submit an application for registration of ownership of the land plot.
3.Verification of the application and documents: after receiving your application and documents, the competent authority will verify their compliance with the requirements of the law.
4. Entry into the cadastre: after a positive verification of the application and documents, your data will be entered into the State Land Cadastre. This is the official register of all land plots in Ukraine.
5. Obtaining documents: After registration, you will receive an appropriate document confirming your ownership of the land plot.

- Documents confirming the absence of encumbrances on the land share (for example, information from the cadastre).
- Other documents that may be required according to the legislation and the circumstances of your specific situation.
Together with the prepared documents, you need to submit an application for registration of ownership of the land share, the competent authority checks the documents submitted by you for compliance with the requirements of the law. If all the documents are in order, the ownership of the land share is registered in the State Land Cadastre.
After successful registration, you will receive a corresponding document confirming your ownership of the land share.This process may take some time, so be prepared for a possible delay.
