Studying at a higher education institution on the basis of a contract is a common phenomenon in Ukraine and many other countries of the world. This method of obtaining higher education requires the conclusion of an agreement between the student and the educational institution, which provides for the payment of tuition, as well as regulates other aspects of the educational process. In this context, it is important to consider the legal norms that govern such an agreement and ensure the correct preparation and analysis of documents for students and educational institutions.
