A medical opinion on temporary incapacity for work (MVTN) is an electronic document that:
certifies temporary incapacity;

is the basis for creating an e-hospital.
The doctor creates the MVTN in the Electronic Health Care System on the basis of medical records (including basic data contained in the family doctor, such as passport data, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card, mobile phone number, etc.).An e-mail of incapacity for work is generated on the basis of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
E-hospital as a document
E-hospital (incapacity certificate in electronic form) is an electronic document that:
certifies the fact of temporary incapacity;
is the basis for dismissal from work, payment of the first five days of temporary incapacity at the expense of the employer, appointment of material support and provision of social services in accordance with the legislation on mandatory state social insurance.
The e-hospital is formed in the Electronic Register of Incapacity for Work of the Pension Fund of Ukraine on the basis of a successfully created MVTN or a decision of the body of guardianship and guardianship.
