Payment of funds to insured persons: when to notify the Pension Fund of Ukraine?
The insured person who received funds from the Pension Fund for making insurance payments to employees according to the settlement statement must notify the Pension Fund of Ukraine about this within a month from the date of the corresponding payments. Notification of payment of funds to insured persons can be generated in the electronic cabinet on the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine by clicking the button "Create notification" in the on-screen form of the statement-settlement, which has acquired the status "Paid". The main part of the details of the message will be filled in automatically, duplicating the information from the settlement statement. Manual entry is provided for payment data: payment date and amount paid from Fund funds.

If the amount in the notification for all disability leaves is equal to the funded amount, then after saving, signing and sending the notification to the Pension Fund, it will automatically be assigned the status "Accepted".
