In the digital age, when the sharing of personal data is becoming an integral part of our daily lives, protecting privacy and human rights to control one's own data is becoming an increasingly important task. In Ukraine, as in many other countries, this issue is regulated by special legal acts that require appropriate consents for the processing of personal data. In this article, we will consider the importance of consent to the processing of personal data in Ukraine and the role of concluding an agreement in this process, in particular the role of consulting a lawyer and legal advice, as well as the importance of document analysis and legal analysis of the situation.
