The Ministry of Defense does not agree to the reservation of non-deficit occupations for military service
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy pointed to clarification of the Procedure for the reservation of conscripts by state authorities, other state bodies, as well as enterprises, institutions, organizations that meet the needs of the Armed Forces, other military formations, and the population under the conditions of the legal regime of martial law.
Conscripts who work in state authorities, other state bodies, local self-government bodies and at enterprises, institutions and organizations that have been assigned mobilization tasks (orders) are subject to reservation, if this is necessary to ensure the functioning of the specified bodies and the implementation mobilization tasks (orders). This applies, in particular, to the relevant areas of management and branches of the agro-industrial sector.
That is, conscripts who work at enterprises, institutions and organizations (hereinafter referred to as enterprises) that are executors of mobilization tasks (orders) should be included in the reservation proposals.
When including in the proposals of conscripted employees of enterprises, it is necessary to add appropriate justification regarding the fulfillment by such an enterprise, institution, organization of tasks to meet the needs of the Armed Forces, other military formations, the population with appropriate confirmation (date and number of the decision of the executive power and local self-government on proof (establishment) of mobilization tasks (orders), as well as the date and number of the concluded contract regarding their implementation, etc.).In order to check the availability and status of contracts for the execution of mobilization tasks (orders), enterprises, which have been proven (established) by orders of regional (district) state administrations and or local self-government bodies, together with booking proposals, submit copies of letters from regional military administrations and the Kyiv City Military Administration about their confirmation in compliance with the requirements for working with documents containing official information.
