I constantly strive to develop and acquire new knowledge, my experience and additional education confirm this.
Beatings are a form of physical violence that can have serious consequences for victims. They can include blows, mutilations and other forms of direct physical impact on the body. Beatings can cause pain and suffering, as well as injury, organ damage, and psychological trauma.
It is important to emphasize that beatings are an unacceptable form of behavior and their commission is a violation of a person's rights and freedoms. They may have criminal liability depending on the social context, the country's legislation and the seriousness and consequences of the act of violence itself.
Slapping is a form of physical violence that often involves hitting the face or head with the intent of causing pain or injury. It can be part of an attack or conflict where one person or group of people tries to harm another person, often with the use of physical force. Bullying can have serious consequences for victims, including injuries, psychological trauma, and other negative consequences. Legally, this may be considered a criminal offense depending on the specific circumstances.
Ukrainian criminal legislation provides for criminal liability for the intentional purpose of hitting, beating or committing other violent acts that caused physical pain but did not cause bodily harm. According to Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, such actions may be punishable by a fine of up to fifty tax-free minimum incomes of citizens, or community service for a period of up to two hundred hours, or correctional work for a period of up to one year.If the same actions, which have the nature of assault, committed by a group of persons or for the purpose of intimidating the victim or his relatives, or for reasons of racial, national or religious intolerance, are punishable by probation supervision for a term of up to five years or restriction of freedom for the same term, or imprisonment for the same term.
In such a case, the person who committed such actions may be held criminally liable and may be sentenced to one of the above-mentioned punishments. A lawyer with extensive experience in criminal cases can provide effective protection and assistance in such a complex legal process.
