Issuing a referral to MSEK. Referral to MSEK in Ukraine is an official document that will be issued by competent medical or social authorities to conduct an examination of a person's state of health or level of disability.
MSEK in Ukraine is conducted with the aim of determining medical and social indicators that affect the status of a person, such as:
Disability: Assessment of the degree of functional limitation and determination of the degree of disability.
Medical group of limitations: Definition of categories of limitations of ability to work and military service.
Provision of social services: Determining a person's needs for social services and support.
Designation of assistance and compensation: Determining a person's right to receive assistance, compensation or benefits in connection with medical and social problems.

In order to receive a referral to the MSEK, a person must usually apply to the relevant medical or social institutions with a statement stating the reasons and purpose of the referral for examination. It is important that the referral to the MSEK is issued by competent medical or social institutions and is carried out in accordance with the relevant legal norms and procedures. The decision to refer to the MSEK is usually made on the basis of medical documents and the circumstances of a specific situation.
How to get a referral for msec, grounds for referral to msec. Referral to MSEC of a military serviceman may have its own characteristics, since the health and functional capacity of servicemen is directly related to their performance of military duties. Here are some of the reasons for which a serviceman can be sent to the MSEK:
1.Deterioration of health: If a service member has suffered an injury or illness that results in a deterioration of his physical or mental health and this may affect his ability to perform military duties.
2. Chronic diseases: If a serviceman suffers from chronic diseases that limit his ability to serve or work in the army.
