State guarantees for consideration of the dispute by the court in case the plaintiff does not have the funds to pay the court fee or other court costs:
Ukrainian legislation provides certain guarantees for persons who do not have the funds to pay the court fee or other court costs when the dispute is considered by the court.
Postponement or deferred payment of the court fee:
The court may delay or postpone the payment of the court fee, taking into account the property status of the party.This can be done for a certain period of time, but not longer than until a court decision is made in the case.

The complexity of the case and the work performed.
Time spent by the lawyer on work.
The volume of services provided and works performed.
The cost of the lawsuit and the importance of the case for the parties.
Cost reduction:
If the requirements for proportionality of costs are not met, the court may reduce the compensated amount of legal aid costs at the request of the other party.
Proof of cost disproportionality:
The burden of proving the disproportionality of costs rests with the party that makes a request to reduce costs for the payment of legal aid of a lawyer.
Expenses of natural persons related to the payment of professional legal assistance during court consideration of cases on the declaration of a deceased natural person shall be borne by the legal entities on whose territory the accident occurred.
