- **Approval body**: Project documentation must be developed in accordance with the requirements and approved by the customer in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine and building regulations.
## Requirements for job creation
The eRobota program emphasizes the creation of jobs as the main condition for receiving a grant. For greenhouse projects:
- **Minimum area**: the modular greenhouse must be between 0.4 and 2.4 hectares.
- **Creation of jobs**: at least four permanent and 10 seasonal jobs per hectare.
