Personnel changes in the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine: the Verkhovna Rada dismissed seven members
On April 23, 2024, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a decision to dismiss seven of the twelve members of the Accounting Chamber, whose term of office expired in March 2024. Victor Bohun, Andriy Didyk, Vasyl Nevidimy, Iryna Ivanova, Tsezar Ogon, Ihor Yaremchuk and Andriy Maisner were dismissed from their positions.
The reasons for dismissal and the new composition of the Accounting Chamber
The main reason for the dismissal was the end of the six-year term of office of the above-mentioned members. The Accounting Chamber is a key body in the system of state financial control, its functioning is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On the Accounting Chamber".
