The Committee recommends adopting the Law on the Protection of the Interests of Owners of Land Shares: What it Means for the Agricultural Sector
The Ukrainian agricultural sector can expect important changes, as the Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy recommends that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopt as a basis the project of the Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Protection of the Interests of Owners of Land Shares (Shares), as well as the Application of Administrative Procedures in in the field of land relations".

Extension of the deadline for registration of land plots: From 2025 to 2028, the deadline for registration of unclaimed land plots and their distribution between share owners and their heirs will be extended.
