Obtaining a license for international transportation in Ukraine is regulated in accordance with the legislation, which covers both passenger and cargo transportation. Basic steps for obtaining a license for international transportation
1. Registration of the enterprise. First of all, it is necessary to register an enterprise or a natural person-entrepreneur (FOP) in Ukraine, which will be engaged in international transportation.
2. Compliance with requirements
Financial requirements: The enterprise must have sufficient financial condition to ensure its activities.
Qualification requirements: Availability of employees with appropriate qualifications, in particular, drivers with appropriate categories of rights.
Technical requirements: Availability of vehicles that meet the technical and environmental requirements for international transportation.

1. If the license concerns the transportation of passengers by taxi, it is necessary to submit information about the special equipment of vehicles.
2. The information is drawn up according to the form in accordance with Appendix 4 to the License Terms.
Information on personnel qualifications
1. It is necessary to submit information about the qualifications of the personnel of the automobile carrier.
2. The information is drawn up according to the form in accordance with Appendix 5 to the License Terms.
3. Personnel qualifications are determined by clauses 12-15 of the License Terms.

All documents are submitted to Ukrtransbezpeka in paper or electronic form. It is important to ensure that all copies of documents are properly certified.- Consideration of the application
The licensing body considers the submitted documents within the prescribed period, usually it takes up to 10 working days.
- Obtaining a license
