A military serviceman has the right to a one-time cash allowance regardless of other social payments or compensation provided by law.
In case of refusal to pay a one-time cash benefit, the serviceman has the right to appeal this decision in an administrative or judicial manner.
Support
It is important to contact military lawyers or attorneys for advice and assistance in drafting documents, especially in cases of complex or contentious situations. They can help in the preparation and submission of the application, as well as represent the interests of the serviceman if necessary.
