The Supreme Council of Justice decided to take measures to ensure the independence of judges and the authority of justice. This decision was made as a result of the discovery of facts indicating violations of discipline and illegal actions on the part of individual judges.
One of the important stages of this process was the consideration of the disciplinary case against the judge of the Rzhishchev city court of the Kyiv region, Kozina S.M. In particular, it was decided to submit a submission to the Prosecutor General's Office to bring to justice persons who violate the law and undermine the authority of justice.
In addition, the High Council of Justice appealed to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine regarding the appointment of an audit of the organizational support for the activities of the Rzhyshchev City Court of the Kyiv Region.
