Purpose of the RESERVE + application
RESERVE + is an application whose purpose is to help conscripts, conscripts and reservists to remotely clarify their credentials without visiting the TCC.
The RESERVE + app is now available for download.
The "Reserve+" application from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine allows users to easily update their personal data without the need to visit the TCC.
Procedure for registration in the electronic account of a conscript
The procedure of registration in the Electronic account of a conscript includes the following steps:
1. Authorization through the BankID System of the NBU, for example, through Privatbank.
1. Confirmation or clarification of contact details: mobile phone, e-mail and current residential address.
2. Password setting and biometric login settings, including face scanning (FaceID).
3. Acquaintance with the notice on the processing of personal data.
After that, users will be able to view all information about themselves in the "Oberig" registry, including taxpayer identification number, date of birth, membership in the TCC, availability of reservations or deferrals, military registration document number, rank, unique number and barcode.
In the upper part of the application, the registration status of the person and the time and date of the last update of the military registration data will be displayed. If the data is updated through the TCC, the user will receive an extract from the register and a mark in the military ticket.From June 18, a QR code will also be available in the "Reserve+" application, which will allow the relevant authorities to quickly obtain information about the status of a person as a conscript, conscript or reservist.
Is it allowed to present the Reserve+ instead of the original military document?
No. During mobilization, male citizens of Ukraine between the ages of 18 and 60 must have a military document with them.
RESERVE + and referral to the military medical commission
After updating personal data in the Electronic Cabinet of the conscript through the "Reserve+" application, the referral to the Military Medical Commission (MMC) will not be sent immediately, but only if necessary ( summons to the military commissariat ). In the same office, users will be able to use the face scanning function, view information about their taxpayer identification number, as well as the status of reservations or deferrals. A referral to the VLC will be sent only if necessary.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine warns Ukrainians living abroad about the need to update their data by July 16 to avoid possible violations and fines.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to introduce a military registration document in the "Reserve+" mobile application, which will contain information from the "Oberig" registry. This electronic document will have the same legal force as its paper counterpart.
From May 18, the TCC will be able to fine up to UAH 25,500 for the absence of a military registration document. (# responsibility for not appearing at the military commissariat, # fine for not appearing at the military commissariat )
