District (city) territorial centers of recruitment and social support perform a wide range of duties related to military registration and mobilization training on the territory of administrative-territorial units. Their functions include:
1. Keeping military records. Organization and maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists. Registration, removal or exclusion from registration in accordance with legislation.
2. Detection and notification. Identification of persons who are not on military registration. Organization of notification of summons to centers for processing documents, passing a medical examination, registration, conscription or fees.
3. Interaction with other bodies. Interaction with government bodies, enterprises and institutions for data reconciliation and notification. Written notification of persons who have not complied with the order to arrive at the center.
4. Storage of documentation. Storage of accounting documentation and personal data of conscripts, conscripts and reservists. Keeping for 10 years lists of women who receive medical or pharmaceutical education.
5. Information and reporting. Annual informing of state administrations and local self-government bodies about the state of military accounting and proposals for its improvement. Registration of women who belong to certain categories of persons for military registration.
6. Documentation. Provision of citizens with military registration documents and storage of submitted or withdrawn documents. Sending requests to registration authorities to establish residential addresses.
7.Administrative activity. Consideration of cases on administrative offenses related to violation of the rules of military accounting and defense legislation, mob
8. Notification of offenses: The centers notify pre-trial investigation bodies of the commission of criminal offenses by persons who evade military registration or special fees.
9. Delivery of persons. They turn to the National Police to deliver persons who have committed administrative offenses to the relevant recruitment center for the preparation of reports.
Maintenance of military records: The taking, removal and exclusion of persons from military records are carried out in accordance with the current legislation.
10. Archive and reference work. They carry out archival and reference work on military accounting and maintenance of the Unified State Register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
11. Reconciliation and inspections. Data from military registration lists and primary registration cards of conscripts, conscripts and reservists are regularly verified.
12. Reporting and orders. Compile reporting orders on the state of military records and completed measures, which are sent to the relevant bodies in accordance with the established procedure.
These centers are key in organizing mobilization training and providing military records at the local level in Ukraine. their activities are aimed at ensuring adequate defense capabilities of the country and compliance with legislation in the field of military duty.
