You must apply to the prefecture of the department where you live or stay.

Next steps:
If your application is completed and accepted, you will receive temporary protection and a residence permit.
You will then be referred to the French Office of Immigration and Integration (OFII).
Financial Aid
Cash Assistance for Asylum Seekers (ADA):
The status of temporary protection allows you to receive financial assistance, the amount of which depends on the composition of the family.
You will receive an ADA card to pay by card (not cash). The prefecture will schedule an appointment with OFII to issue this card.
Recognized driver's license
Ukrainian driver's licenses are recognized throughout the legal period of stay.
When extending a residence permit, licenses are recognized within one year after obtaining a regular residence permit.
Present a foreign driver's license with an official French translation during inspections.
