A new list of over-the-counter medicines prohibited from advertising has been approved
Introduction
The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has approved a new list of medicines prohibited for advertising, which are available without a prescription. The corresponding Order No. 457 was adopted on March 18, 2024 and will enter into force on the day of its official publication.
