Military report. Content and procedure of consideration.

3. Resolution of the report.
The report is considered resolved when all issues have been considered, a reasoned decision has been made and measures have been taken for its implementation.
4. Response to the Report.
The response to the report is given by the military administration body that received it and has the right to resolve the issues raised.
5. Refusal to meet requirements.
If the requirements are refused, this is brought to the attention of the applicant in writing with a reference to the legislation and the reasons for the refusal and an explanation of the procedure for appealing the refusal.
Appeal of non-response
If the report was not reviewed within the established time frame, it may be recognized as a violation of the rights of the serviceman.
