Amendments made to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses regarding regulation of the field of motor transport operation
Introduction
The field of use of road transport is of great importance for the economy and social life of the country. However, the existing problems related to violations of the rules for the use of vehicles require the improvement of legal regulation. Changes to the Code of Administrative Offenses provide for the introduction of new articles that establish administrative responsibility for specific violations of the rules of operation of road transport. which:
Operation of vehicles without proper technical condition.
The operation of vehicles, the technical condition of which does not meet the established requirements, entails the imposition of a fine on drivers from 20 to 50 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
Repeated violations during the year, provided for in the first part of this article, entail the imposition of a fine on drivers from 50 to 100 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or approval of the right to drive vehicles for a period of up to six months.
Operation of vehicles without technical inspection.
Operation of vehicles without passing a mandatory technical inspection entails the imposition of a fine on drivers from 30 to 70 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
Repeated violations during the year, provided for in the first part of this article, entail the imposition of a fine on drivers from 70 to 150 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or registration of the right to drive vehicles for a period of up to one year.
2. Strengthening responsibility for existing violations
