Deferment for graduate students.
Ukraine has legislation that provides for the possibility of receiving a deferment from mobilization for graduate students and some other categories of citizens.
According to the current legislation, graduate students who study at a full-time or part-time post-graduate department of higher educational institutions can receive a postponement of the summons to the meeting until the end of the term of study in the specialty or until the defense of the thesis.
In order to receive a deferment, graduate students must usually submit appropriate documents to the military commissariat or military commissariat confirming their status as a graduate student, as well as a study schedule and other required documents.
