Agreement on child support agreement and determination of place of residence: legal aspects and concern for the child's future
Divorce of parents is always a difficult and delicate situation, especially when it comes to issues related to the child. That is why Ukrainian legislation provides for the possibility of concluding an agreement on child maintenance and determining the child's place of residence.
