The amount of severance pay
The amount of severance pay depends on several factors, including the length of service and the grounds for dismissal. The main provisions regarding the amount of payments are provided for by the legislation of Ukraine:
Conscript service: Conscript soldiers receive severance pay, the amount of which is determined by law and may depend on length of service and other factors.
Contract Service: Contract service members receive severance pay, which may include compensation for unused vacation, as well as additional benefits depending on length of service and grounds for discharge.
Medical Discharge: Members of the military who are medically discharged may be entitled to additional payments or compensation related to medical treatment and rehabilitation.
