Introduction
Military service requires the provision of military personnel with necessary material possessions, such as uniforms, shoes and other equipment. However, in certain cases, the military may not receive the proper property on time or at all. In such cases, payment of compensation for unused tangible property is provided. Who is compensated?
Compensation for unused material property is provided for all categories of servicemen who, due to various circumstances, did not receive their property. This concerns:
Conscript servicemen:
Persons who are undergoing military service and did not receive the prescribed property.
Servicemen of contract service:
Persons who perform military service under a contract and did not receive proper property during their service.
Military servicemen who are released:

Conditions for providing compensation
To receive compensation for unused tangible property, military personnel must meet certain criteria:

Property value: Compensation is paid in accordance with the value of tangible property that should have been issued to the serviceman. This may include the cost of uniforms, shoes, equipment and other items.

Procedure for receiving compensation
Appeal to command: A military serviceman must appeal to his command with a statement about the fact of non-receipt of tangible property.

Submitting an application for compensation: A service member or command submits an application for compensation to the appropriate financial authority.
