Responsibility for voluntarily leaving the place of service in Ukraine

Imprisonment for a term of two to five years.
Actions committed during a special period, except for martial law:
Imprisonment for a term of two to five years.
Actions committed under martial law or in a combat situation:
Imprisonment for five to ten years.
