However, it is important to take into account business needs, occupational safety and compliance with the legal requirements for employment relations in order to effectively implement a flexible regime.Main aspects of flexible working hours

Self-regulation by the employee:

The employee must be informed of such a decision no later than within two days after its adoption, but before the flexible regime begins.

    When establishing a flexible working time regime, it is important to adhere to the established norms of the duration of working hours, which are determined by legislation or a collective agreement.

     Flexible working hours help increase employee efficiency, reduce stress, and increase job satisfaction. At the same time, it is important to ensure that such a regime meets all the requirements of the legislation on labor relations and occupational safety.     

    Flexible working hours provide greater adaptation to the individual needs of employees and can contribute to increased productivity and job satisfaction. However, it is important that such a regime is clearly defined and meets the requirements of legislation on labor relations and occupational safety.

   Flexible working hours are not used in continuously operating enterprises, in institutions and organizations that work in a multi-shift system or in other cases when the specifics of the activity require clearly defined working hours or when the flexible mode is incompatible with the requirements of safe working conditions.

   Continuously operating enterprises and institutions, such as manufacturing enterprises, hospitals, police, etc., have a clearly established regime of working hours due to the need for constant control and supervision of the production process or the provision of services. In such cases, it is important that employees are present at certain hours and perform their duties in accordance with established rules and procedures.

   Also, a flexible regime may be incompatible with the requirements of safe working conditions, for example, in cases where it is necessary to ensure constant supervision and protection of workers from potential dangers.

   Therefore, when setting working hours in such conditions, the specifics of the activity and ensuring safe working conditions are taken into account, which may require a clearly defined and constant work schedule for employees.
