The name of the entity issuing the license
Licenses for the production of alcohol, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and other products are issued by the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
Conditions (grounds) for obtaining a license
A license for the production of alcoholic beverages is granted to enterprises, including foreign ones, that own or have access to premises and equipment that provide a complete technological process of production. At the same time, only one business entity is allowed to use these premises and equipment.
Obtaining a license involves passing the certification of relevant production structures, such as workshops, sites, laboratories, etc., in order to verify compliance with the requirements of legislation related to the safety and health of people, environmental protection and the production of cognac and alcoholic beverages using cognac technology. Compliance with sanitary, fire and environmental regulations is also taken into account.
List of documents required to obtain a license
1. Application of any form.
2. Copies of statutory documents.
3. Certificate of production issued by the relevant central executive authority, which has the right to exercise such powers in accordance with current legislation. For small productions of wine products - a registered declaration confirming the compliance of the technical and material base with the requirements of the law.
4. An agreement with a laboratory that has accreditation in accordance with legislation. In case of lack of own accredited laboratory.
5. A document certifying payment of the annual license fee.This can be a copy of a payment order with a bank-confirmed payment note or any other information (including payment details) confirming payment of the annual license fee, provided in any form.
In the event that the above-mentioned documents were issued (issued) to a person other than the applicant, the latter must submit additional documents confirming his right to use the corresponding facility. Documents are submitted in one copy, notarized or certified by the body that issued the original document, copies or signed by an official of the licensing body.
The method of submitting an application and documents for obtaining a license
The application can be submitted by sending it by mail or using the "Electronic Cabinet" information and communication system through the website cabinet.tax.gov.ua (section "Correspondence with the Tax Administration"). It can also be sent directly to the State Tax Service of Ukraine, using a special box for correspondence, located at the entrance to the administrative building of the DPS at the address: Kyiv, Lvivska ploshcha, 8.
The size of the license fee
The annual fee for the license is 780 hryvnias and is paid annually. The payment amount is credited to local budgets at the place of activity.
The deadline for document consideration and provision is 30 days.
