A mandatory visit to the TCC: The Ministry of Defense explained why this is possible even after the Reserve+ data has been updated.
The Reserve+ mobile application does not allow for full update of military registration : Ministry of Defense of Ukraine The functionality of the Reserve+ mobile application does not yet meet all the requirements of the new mobilization law.
Therefore, conscripts cannot avoid personal visits to the military registration and enlistment offices.
Even after updating the Reserve+ data, conscripts can still be forcibly admitted to the MCC and JVs due to the limited functionality of the mobile application.
This was reported by Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization, during the "Grandfathered News" telethon.
"The Reserve+ app provides an opportunity to update data by mobilization method. This is mail, this is phone, and this is where you actually live.
As for the general military registration, personal data updates, military registration specialty updates, etc., we are currently updating other data on individuals available in the TCC and JV without physical visits.
We are doing our best to implement the functions that make this possible in the TCC and JV," the official explained.
According to the deputy minister, until the system becomes operational, there may be situations when police accompanying TCC representatives are forced to take them to regional recruitment centers to fully update their data.
Mr. Chornohorenko noted that the necessary functions will be introduced this month.
Then you will be able to update all other data in the military records.
"You need to understand why such forced data updates are taking place.
Therefore, you need to understand each of these individual cases.
One thing I can say is that Reserve+ ensures that only a part of the data can be updated," the official said.
According to Kateryna Chornohorenko, starting June 18, QR codes will finally be displayed in the Reserve+ app.
Analogues of military registration documents are available in paper form and are accepted by all officials, military personnel, institutions and departments of Ukraine.
As a reminder, the TCC stated that updating the data of the "Reserve+" in the absence of up-to-date data on the recruitment of the Conscripts may become the basis for forced visits to regional selection centers.
The TCC is wrapped in pearls: What to do?
Only police officers have the right to carry out administrative detention, and only if the police electronic database contains data to search for this person.
"Unlawful actions of TCC and JV representatives are not only possible, but must be eliminated.
Demand that law enforcement agencies bring them to criminal liability and submit this video as evidence to the court."
Thus, we can see that the amendments to the current law were adopted taking into account the changes in the requirements of the time and the imposed martial law in Ukraine, as well as the fact that a legal analysis of the situation, analysis of documents and verification of documents by a lawyer and a legal opinion were conducted.
